30 Days Return
If your order arrives faulty, not as described, or develops an eligible issue shortly after delivery, you can contact Big Base Technologies within 30 days of receiving it and we will help with a return, exchange, repair, or suitable resolution.
How to request a return
- Email sales@bigbasetech.co.nz with your order number, product name, and a short description of the issue.
- If needed, include photos or a short video so we can assess the problem quickly.
- Do not send the item back until our team confirms the return instructions.
Return conditions
- Please return the item with its charger and included accessories where possible.
- The device should not be intentionally damaged, modified, or locked in a way that prevents testing.
- Normal used condition is acceptable for approved returns; we simply ask that the item is packed safely.
Important notes
- Change-of-mind returns may be handled differently from faulty-item returns.
- Return approval is assessed case by case in line with New Zealand consumer obligations and the condition reported.
- Our team will confirm whether the next step is troubleshooting, replacement, repair, refund, or store credit.
