90 Days Warranty

Big Base Technologies provides a 90-day warranty on eligible refurbished devices unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page.

What the warranty covers

  • Hardware faults that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
  • Issues that prevent the device from operating as reasonably expected.
  • Approved faults confirmed by our team after troubleshooting.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
  • Battery wear that is consistent with normal age and usage unless otherwise stated.
  • Software issues caused by third-party changes, malware, or unsupported modifications.

How to make a warranty claim

  • Email sales@bigbasetech.co.nz with your order number and a clear description of the fault.
  • Our team may provide troubleshooting steps before approving a return.
  • If the issue is covered, we will arrange repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

If a product includes a different warranty term, the product-page wording takes precedence for that item.
