90 Days Warranty
Big Base Technologies provides a 90-day warranty on eligible refurbished devices unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page.
What the warranty covers
- Hardware faults that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
- Issues that prevent the device from operating as reasonably expected.
- Approved faults confirmed by our team after troubleshooting.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
- Battery wear that is consistent with normal age and usage unless otherwise stated.
- Software issues caused by third-party changes, malware, or unsupported modifications.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email sales@bigbasetech.co.nz with your order number and a clear description of the fault.
- Our team may provide troubleshooting steps before approving a return.
- If the issue is covered, we will arrange repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.
If a product includes a different warranty term, the product-page wording takes precedence for that item.
