Delivery

  • We ship New Zealand-wide using trusted courier services.
  • Delivery times can vary depending on your location, rural delivery, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • If you have a delivery question before ordering, please contact us first.

Returns

If your order arrives faulty, not as described, or develops an eligible issue shortly after delivery, contact us and we will help with the next step.

  • Email sales@bigbasetech.co.nz with your order number, product name, and a short explanation of the issue.
  • If needed, include photos so we can assess the condition quickly.
  • Do not send the item back until our team confirms the return instructions.

Important notes

  • Please return the laptop with its charger and included accessories where possible.
  • Approved returns should be packed safely to avoid damage in transit.
  • Return approval is assessed case by case in line with New Zealand consumer obligations and the condition reported.
